Browsing and technical information
Serving a page, image or video requires the hosting and network services to process technical information such as your IP address, requested resource, request time and browser information. Those services may keep operational or security logs. This website does not ask you to create an account or enter payment details.
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
The current public website does not install advertising pixels or analytics scripts, and its own scripts do not set cookies or save your questions in local or session storage. Your browser may cache website files to improve loading. Your browser settings let you manage cached files and cookies. External websites and services have their own practices.
Bozu website chat
Bozu uses curated answers and links in your browser. Submitting a question to this widget does not send the question to Wish Apples staff, an AI service or a chat server. The conversation exists in the current page memory and is cleared when the page is reloaded or closed. Please do not enter health records, fingerprint images, passwords, payment information or other sensitive personal details.
Research search and video
The Research Observatory filters published entries in your browser. A search term included in a page URL becomes part of that URL and may be visible in browser history and request logs. The film is served directly from this website; playback requests are processed like other website resource requests.
If you email us
An email link opens your email application. Information is sent only when you choose to send the email. We receive your email address, message and any attachments you send, and use them to respond, arrange the requested conversation, handle a request or keep necessary correspondence. Email providers process the message under their own service arrangements. Start with a short, non-sensitive enquiry; the team can arrange an appropriate process if private records are needed.
Retention, choices and requests
The website chat has no stored server conversation to delete. Email correspondence and any operational records may be retained while needed for the request, relevant business records, security or applicable legal obligations. You may ask about information associated with your correspondence, request correction or deletion, withdraw permission for optional follow-up, or raise a concern at ceo@wishapples.com. Verification may be needed, and some records may have to be retained for applicable legal reasons. Do not send passwords or identity documents in the initial request.
Children and service records
This public website is informational. A parent or guardian should contact the team about a child’s programme without sending a child’s private records through the public chat. Assessment, counselling and CARE app records require their own service-specific information and consent process. This website notice does not replace the CARE privacy information or the CARE account-deletion procedure.

Opening an external research source or platform takes you to a different service governed by its own privacy terms. We may update this notice when website features or handling practices change; the effective date above identifies this version.
